A woman in a white dress walks through a field,

she cannot leave the field even if she begs to.

So for what seems like decades she walks through the field,

a hat on her head and a flower in her hand.

But she longs for something more,

she longs for school and for a family.

But alas, she can’t leave the field,

so she continues to walk.

After a while she get’s bored of the field and the flower she’s always holding,

so she paints a new reality.

A new reality of life outside the field,

more vibrant colors and textures.

It doesn’t work,

she is told later it will never work.

Another woman and her kids join the scene,

the woman with soft brown hair and a soft smile saves the girl in the field.

She takes her into her house and takes care of her.

Making the color in the scene vibrant again.

She adds a beautiful blue sky and peaches in the trees,

the girl in the field finally learns to love the field.

When she walks in the field now,

a warmth fills in her heart and when she looks up in the sky,

she smiles for the first time in what feels like decades.
